1. Will more AVENGERS videos be available in the future?
Yes! The AVENGERS '67 SET 3 will be available for shipment after September 29. We are currently taking advance phone orders for this product at 1-888-423-1212. We can not take online orders for this item at this time. More updates to come soon!

2. Do you sell individual episodes of THE AVENGERS?
Yes. The episodes included in AVENGERS SETS 1 & 2 are available for $12.95 each. They are available via phone at 1-888-423-1212 and will ship after July 28.

3. Is the free T-shirt in the special offer available by phone or sold separately?
No. The free t-shirt special offer is available only to people who order BOTH AVENGERS SETS ONLINE. The t-shirt is for promotional purposes only and is not available for sale.

4. Who do I contact if I have a question about my order?
If you want to check the status of your order, or if you have questions about ordering online, e-mail us at homevideo@AandE.com or call Customer Service at 1-888-423-1212, 7 days a week, 7am-4am EST. Please have your order number handy. If you contact us by e-mail, please provide your order number and full name in the body of the message.

5. How do I place an online order?
Ordering online is a cinch once you get the hang of it: When you see an item you’d like to purchase, click on the “Add to Order” button. (You can always remove items from your order later.) This will take you to a page that shows what you’ve ordered so far. You may either continue shopping or check out. If you continue to shop, you can click “Check Out” at any time to preview the list of items you’ve chosen to buy or complete the shopping transaction. You can also change the quantity of items in your order or remove items altogether. Once you've determined what you wish to purchase, you will be asked for your billing and shipping address, payment method, and credit card number. You will have an additional opportunity to modify this information and change or cancel your order. After you've placed your order, we will send you an e-mail notification that your order has been received.

6. Is your Web site secure and is it safe to place my order online?
Your credit card transaction is safe and secure when you place your order online at our Web site. Because Internet security is so important to A&E and our customers, our online store operates under the highest security protocol -- the Secure Socket Layer Protocol supported by most browsers. Critical information such as credit card numbers are not stored, and all personal information is encrypted so that it cannot be read as information is sent over the Internet. All ordering information is sent directly to A&E and can only be decoded by us. Of course, if you do not feel comfortable ordering online, our operators at 1-888-423-1212 are ready to take your order.

7. Can I order by phone instead of online?
Yes. You can call 1-888-423-1212. You can place phone orders with a customer service agent 7 days a week between the hours of 7am - 4am EST. During the hours of 4am - 7am, you may leave an electronic voice message and someone will call you back that day. If you order THE AVENGERS by phone, your order will ship after July 28.

8. Can I mail or fax my order?
Yes, you can do either!

To mail your order, please send a check or money order payable to A&E Home Video for the total amount of your video(s) plus the shipping fee. If your order is being shipped to NY, CA, CT, IL, MI or VT, please add appropriate sales tax. The address for mail orders is:

To fax your order, please send us your order with your name, credit card number, expiration date, card name and your signature. The number for fax orders is 802-864-9846.

In both cases, be sure to include the specific quantity, catalog number(s) and title(s) of the video(s) you are ordering, as well as the shipping address for where we should send your order. Please note, your order will not ship until after July 28.

9. Can I order from outside the United States?
At this point, we can only deliver THE AVENGERS within the U.S.

10. What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express.

11. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are based on the sub-total of your order:

12. Will I be charged sales tax?
A&E Television Networks is required to collect sales tax in states where we do business. Applicable sales tax (state and/or local) will be charged for deliveries to New York, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Michigan and Vermont. Don’t worry about figuring out the tax you owe -- when you place your online order, we’ll add the appropriate tax (if any) for you.

13. When will my order arrive?
As soon as you proceed to your shopping cart, you will be informed about the availability of your item(s). If you buy THE AVENGERS online, your order will ship immediately and be delivered to you within 5-7 business days of placing your order. All phone orders will ship after July 28.

Items that are noted as “back ordered” may take up to 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. In some instances, you will receive a message indicating a specific date when the product is expected to be available for delivery. Please note that your credit card will not be charged until your order actually ships.

14. Can my purchase be delivered overnight?
If you prefer overnight or rush delivery for an additional charge, please place your order by phone at 1-888-423-1212. Please note that overnight and rush delivery of THE AVENGERS will not be available until after July 28.

15. Can I return my purchase?
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply return it to us for a prompt exchange or full refund. Please fill out the return slip found in the delivery box and send it, with the product you are returning, to:
